Liu<\/strong><br>This study explores how droplet impingement modifies flow fields driven by plasma actuation, with implications for active flow control in wet environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Characterization of Droplet Dynamics Under Impact of A Shockwave Interacting with A Solid Surface<\/em><br><strong>J. Giacoma, J. Ahumada Lazo, H. Zhang, and Y. Liu<\/strong><br>This work experimentally captures the complex dynamics of droplet breakup and rebound under shockwave-solid interaction\u2014relevant to shock\/blast protection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Unveiling the Voltage-Current Characteristics of Dielectric Barrier Discharge Plasma in Interaction with Water Droplets at Varied Temperatures<\/em><br><strong>MD S. Sarwar, J. Ahumada Lazo, P. Lelikov, and Y. Liu<\/strong><br>Investigates how water droplets at different temperatures affect plasma properties, offering new insights into plasma-liquid interface physics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Characterization of Wake Flow Dynamics and Energy Transport in Vortex-Induced Vibration Systems: A Low Reynolds Number Investigation<\/em><br><strong>J. Albano, I. Avros, A. Fershalov, P. Orlandini, N. Elvin, and Y. Liu<\/strong><br>A low-Reynolds-number experimental study of wake and energy transport in vibrating structures, aiming to improve flow-energy harvesting techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>An Experimental Study on the Evaporation Characteristics of Free-Suspended Droplet of Monoethanolamine Solutions<\/em><br><strong>H. Zhang, T. Misztal, and Y. Liu<\/strong><br>Examines evaporation behavior in suspended MEA droplets, relevant for carbon capture and solvent regeneration processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>An Experimental-based Analytical Study on the Sublimation Process of Frozen Colloidal Droplet<\/em><br><strong>X. Zhang, H. Zhang, and Y. Liu<\/strong><br>A combined experimental-analytical investigation into the sublimation of frozen colloidal systems\u2014important in cryopreservation and atmospheric processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re proud of the contributions made by our team members and the fruitful discussions these works sparked at the conference.
