Prospective students should have the following qualifications to be considered for this position:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree (Master\u2019s would be preferred) in mechanical or aerospace engineering.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Strong hands-on experience in using optical\/acoustic\/infrared diagnostic techniques such as PIV, Schlieren imaging, ultrasound, and infrared thermometry.<\/li><li>Experience in experimental fluid mechanics or aerodynamics.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Individuals interested in this position please send a full CV and copies of transcripts to Dr. Yang Liu via email (<a href=\"mailto:yliu7@ccny.cuny.edu\">yliu7@ccny.cuny.edu<\/a>), with the subject of \u201cApplication for Ph.D. Position\u201d.
